The Dengyun Resort Golf Community is a premier golf resort community located in the city of FuZhou, China. The resort master plan is comprised of 3,000 residential units centered around an18-hole championship golf course as well as a luxury country club, hotel and spa. Dengyun is the first resort community in FuZhou to cater to a high-end local and international market.

 

The Dengyun Resort Golf Community is uniquely designed to offer an opportunity for every resident and visitor to participate in a unique lifestyle with the opportunity to work, socialize, and recreate within one community. The master plan for Dengyun was designed on the basis that a sustainable community is one that is economically, environmentally, and socially healthy and resilient. It meets challenges through integrated design solutions rather than through fragmented approaches that meet one of those goals at the expense of the others. And it takes along-term perspective – one that’s focused on both the present and future.
