Highline
.avif)
Highline at Garibaldi Springs is the first of 3 phases of development across the 120-acresite. 60 homes of varying sizes, 4 having secondary suites, are sited between the upper bench and the lower bench. The upper enclave consists of 4 affordable rental homes, each with a secondary suite, and 8 single family cottages. All of these homes are designed to be adaptable to meet the needs of all people. This area of the site has been designed as a Pocket Neighbourhood, encouraging community living in the generous central courtyard.
The lower bench of homes includes 6 blocks of 3 storey townhomes and 13 duplex buildings. A large park area on the west end of these homes provides easy access to all homeowners to further enhance a sense of community. The Mountain Modern architectural expression has been threaded through all homes. Heavy timber posts, black metal connection details, wood-look plank siding and metal roofs create the distinct character of the development.
