Nestled between Playa Esmeralda and Playa Guardalavaca, the Loma Linda site is positioned to become the prime golf destination in Eastern Cuba. The development program defined by the master plan includes two new hotels with a total of 500 rooms,  1,008 apartments, 528 villas, an 18-hole championship golf course and multiple recreational, commercial and nature preservation areas that are strategically and sensibly distributed in the site to take advantage of the spectacular natural setting and surrounding beauty of Guardalavaca.

The Loma Linda master plan has been designed as the basis of a feasibility study to define the parameters for the creation of a Joint Venture between YANTAI as a private foreign investor and Cubagolf S.A. in behalf of the Cuban government.
