Set in the gentle grassland foothills on the southern shore of Nicola Lake, with sweeping views over the valley, this unique resort is draped around a beautiful 18-hole golf course designed by renowned golf course architect Rod Whitman. The arid natural grassland environment creates a stunning contrast to the greens of the golf fairways meandering along the terraced benchlands.

A new golf course clubhouse will be positioned up on a prominent knoll, acting as a visual beacon for the property. Below the clubhouse, 40 resort cottages will provide tourist accommodation on the site. New homesites are sparsely located around the golf course, positioned to maximize views and to minimize the impact on the landscape and golf experience. Resort amenities include the existing 18-hole golf course, a driving range, a beach club and marina on the shores of Nicola Lake and a fishing pond tucked high on the site between rocky cliffs with a ‘Hideout’ bar and grill overlooking the pond.
