The Sandpiper Golf Resort, formerly known as the Pretty Estates Resort, is situated in the middle of an old growth forest on the banks of the Harrison River in the eastern Fraser Valley. The property features the stunning 18-hole golf course and the Rowena Inn, the old homestead of the Pretty family.  EKISTICS was engaged to develop a new vision for the resort. The Master Plan carefully refines the generous golf course layout, providing access to the river and new lands for development.

The design includes a new riverfront golf course clubhouse, a small marina and café, a Japanese Onsen spa in the old growth forest, a new restaurant and banquet facility for weddings and retreats, resort cottages along the golf course and an expanded real estate offering to support the resort activities and provide a more comprehensive resort experience for the guests.
