The Falls Golf Resort

EKISTICS lead the creation of an optimized development vision for this unique golf resort community. The master plan is designed to realize the full potential of this mountain context, elevating the resort experience with a more saleable residential product, more consistent building character and a cast of resort amenities and land uses.

The plan includes a new resort approach that winds its way up from the valley floor, through a pristine forest environment, emerging on an upland plateau between two feature golf holes and finally arriving at the new Golf and Country Club with views over the valley.

The new club provides amenities to golfers, residents and guests, including facilities for weddings and retreats. Adjacent cottage accommodation provides overnight stay opportunities for wedding guests or weekend getaways. Retirement condominiums, townhomes, and small lot single family homesites surround and support the core amenity area, while larger single family homesites occupy the upper mountain slopes.
